I love classes with Sophie. She’s an excellent teacher. Very kind and knows her stuff. Her classes never make me feel uncomfortable or that I can’t do something. She tailors her classes to the individual but in a way that still feels authentic as well as inclusive. I’ve progressed my practice so much in the 2 years I’ve been taking classes with her. I’m so glad I joined as a beginner, it’s allowed me to feel like myself again after having a baby.

Sophie's classes are absolutely wonderful. She creates a very calm, relaxed atmosphere for each one. She offers a range of classes from super chilled to some that build up the heat if you want that. She always suggests many options/levels for each pose and encourages you to listen to your body on the day. Since doing her classes I feel stronger and more flexible, I look forward to every one of them, she is a genuinely kind and caring person and this reflects in her teaching.
